An employee notice usually refers to the document written by the head of the company to his/her employees, notifying them about certain matters (and may sometimes refer to notices that employees send to their employers, such as a resignation notice). An employee warning notice is a notice which contains a message warning the employees about something.
For example, an employee has committed a violation against the rules of the company notice or the employment contract, an employee warning notice is issued to inform the employee about his/her misconduct, the things he/she must do to avoid consequences for the action, and the consequences if he/she does not abide with the conditions stated in the warning.
