What Is an Employee Assessment Report?
Fortunately for companies nowadays, there are a lot of well-qualified individuals who are a part of their team or who like to venture out to new job opportunities.
For recruiters, an employee assessment report is a useful tool in evaluating an applicant’s capabilities. This also applicable for employees who are eligible for company promotions.
The assessment may be based on personality, behavior, and mental ability. As a result, those who are defined to be most qualified are given the spot. Aside from an employee report, a company may also benefit from annual reports and sales reports, to name a few.
How Do You Write an Employee Incident Report?
- Record the facts. Anything that plays a vital role in the incident must be stated clearly. This could be names of the people involved, accounts from eyewitnesses, significant events and other circumstances.
- Sequence events. You need to properly sequence everything that took place. This could be the events that occurred prior, during, and after the incident.
- Properly analyze the incident. You should be able to evaluate the contributing factors that lead to the incident.
- Provide a conclusion. This is typically a call of action on what may or should be done to resolve a given concern.

Employee’s Report of Tips to Employer
An employee’s report of tips to employer is a tax form provided by the Internal Revenue Service for employees to keep track of tips received regularly.
These tips can come in the form of cash, debit or credit card adjustments, and the like. The tip total received by an employee must then be reported to their respective employers for tax purposes. Tips received on a particular month should be reported by the 10th day of the following month, but this may vary if the day falls on a holiday or a weekend.
It may seem unfair to some, but this is the rule being set by the IRS. Fortunately, only tips that are worth more than $20 should be reported.
What Information Should You Include in an Employee Performance Report?
A standard employee performance report should include a executive summary of an employee’s overall performance. This would include anything from accomplishments, work ethics, attitude, flexibility, and relationships with fellow employees and customers.
The report should not be biased but instead, include honest and constructive criticism that will a play a part in the development of an employee. Expectations may also be set to motivate an individual to strive harder. This performance report will allow one to set goals for professional development and performance.
