This letter is to formally authorize Globex Distributors Inc., located at 2500 Retail Park, Suite B, Orlando, Florida, 32819, to distribute, market, and sell products under our brand WidgetTech. This authorization has been issued following a comprehensive evaluation of Globex Distributors Inc.’s distribution capabilities and adherence to ethical business practices.

WidgetCorp International confirms that Globex Distributors Inc. is fully permitted to act as a distributor for the following WidgetTech products:

This authorization is effective from October 1, 2024, and will remain in effect until September 30, 2025, with the possibility of extension upon successful performance evaluation and by mutual consent.
