Dear Sophie,
Hello from the sunny side of town! I hope this letter finds you full of smiles and laughter. Do you remember last summer when we chased butterflies and had that picnic in the park? Those were such fun times, and I often think about our adventures and all the giggles we shared.
I recently read an amazing book about dinosaurs, and I couldn’t help but think of you—our resident dinosaur expert! It was filled with fascinating facts, like how the Tyrannosaurus Rex had teeth as big as bananas and how the Stegosaurus had plates on its back that could have helped it stay warm or cool down. I’ll bring the book the next time I visit, so we can explore it together. I think you’ll love the incredible illustrations!
How is your art coming along? The last time we talked, you showed me that beautiful sunset you had painted, and I was so impressed. Your use of color and imagination is just wonderful. Have you painted any more masterpieces? I hope you’re still splashing your canvas with all those vibrant colors. Remember, every painting you create is a window into your bright and creative mind!
Please send my regards to your mom, dad, and don’t forget a gentle pat for Mr. Whiskers. I miss you all terribly and can’t wait for our next playdate. Perhaps we can plan a trip to the zoo or a local nature reserve? It would be so much fun to see some wild animals and maybe even sketch a few of them!
Until then, keep up your spirits and continue being the wonderful, curious girl that you are. I’m eagerly waiting to hear back from you. Getting a letter from you is like receiving a treasure chest full of joy!
Take care, keep exploring, and remember, adventure is just around the corner!
With all my love and a thousand hugs,
Auntie Mia
