Incident Report for Kids

On May 5, 2024, at around 2:30 PM, during the afternoon recess at Sunnyvale Elementary School, a minor incident occurred involving two students, 8-year-old Lily Adams and 9-year-old Ethan Jones, on the school playground. Lily fell from the lower rung of the jungle gym after being accidentally bumped by Ethan, resulting in a scraped knee and elbow for Lily.
