Inter-Class Debate Competition

Dear Students of Class 7,

The Literary Club of Springfield Middle School is delighted to announce the organization of an Inter-Class Debate Competition. This exciting event is aimed at nurturing the oratory skills and critical thinking abilities of our students.

Event Details:

• Date: March 20, 2024
• Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Venue: School Auditorium
• Topic: “The Impact of Social Media on Teenagers”

Participation Details:

• The competition is open to all students of Class 7.
• Participants can register as a team of two.
• Registration forms are available with the English department and must be submitted by March 10, 2024.

Guidelines:

• Each team will be given 5 minutes to present their arguments, followed by a 2-minute rebuttal round.
• Participants are encouraged to use factual data and avoid plagiarism.
• Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.

Awards:

Attractive prizes await winners, along with certificates for all participants.
