Dear Mr. Brown,

I regret to inform you that I am resigning from my position at TechGiant Solutions, effective two weeks from today, October 19, 2025. This difficult decision comes after considerable reflection on the impact that prolonged stress has had on both my mental and physical health.

During my time at TechGiant, I had the opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with a talented team. These experiences have been invaluable, and I am deeply grateful for them. However, despite the professional growth I have experienced, the persistent high stress levels I’ve faced have made it clear that my well-being must take priority.

I have not made this decision lightly and have explored various options to alleviate my stress without success. Unfortunately, the demands of my current role and the ongoing high-stress environment have made it impossible for me to continue working effectively and maintain my health.

I am also willing to assist in training my replacement and wrapping up my current projects to maintain the quality and continuity TechGiant expects.
