Dear Ms. Thompson,
I am writing to formally submit my resignation from my position at Innovatech Solutions, with my last day being two weeks from today, February 27, 2024. This decision comes after careful consideration and acknowledgment of the impact that prolonged stress from my current work situation has had on my health and overall well-being.
Throughout my tenure with Innovatech Solutions, I have been privileged to work on challenging projects and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals. The opportunities for professional growth have been significant, and for that, I am truly grateful. However, despite my passion for the work and commitment to the company’s goals, the level of stress I have experienced has become unsustainable for me personally.
It is with a heavy heart that I have reached this decision, as it was not made lightly. I have taken steps to manage this stress, including seeking professional advice. However, the demands of my role and the work environment have continued to be a source of significant strain, leading me to conclude that resigning is the best course of action for my health and happiness.
I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing any disruption my departure may cause. I am willing to complete outstanding projects, document my current work, and assist in training a successor over the next two weeks. My goal is to leave my role in a state that maintains the high standards the company expects and deserves.
I want to express my sincere appreciation for the opportunities I have been given at Innovatech Solutions and for the support of my colleagues and supervisors. I am hopeful for the future and wish the company continued success.
Please advise on the formalities required for my resignation process. Thank you for your understanding and support during this transition period.
Sincerely,
Van Richards
