Dear Ms. Levine,

I am writing to formally resign from my position as Project Manager at Innovatech Solutions, effective two weeks from today, February 28, 2024. This decision has not been an easy one and comes after considerable thought and reflection on my personal well-being and professional future.

Throughout my time with the company, I have faced significant challenges that have impacted my mental and emotional health. Despite my best efforts to adapt and engage constructively with my team and management, the work environment has remained persistently negative and, in my experience, toxic. This atmosphere has made it impossible for me to continue performing at my best or to see a positive path forward with Innovatech Solutions.

I believe it is in my best interest to seek a new environment that supports professional growth, mutual respect, and positive collaboration. I do not make this decision lightly, as I have valued the opportunity to work on challenging projects and appreciate the hard work and dedication of many of my colleagues.

During the next two weeks, I am committed to completing my current projects to the best of my ability and ensuring a smooth handover of my responsibilities. I am willing to work with you to outline a transition plan that minimizes disruption for the team and the company.
