I write to inform you of my decision to retire from my role as Regional Planning Director, effective July 31, 2024. This letter marks the beginning of my formal retirement process.

Serving the city of Boston and working under your guidance in the Department of Urban Development has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The projects we have undertaken together have not only shaped the city’s landscape but have also deeply enriched my professional journey.

I am deeply thankful for the support and opportunities I have received during my tenure. As I prepare for retirement, I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition of my duties and responsibilities. I am available to assist in any way possible, including training my successor and finalizing ongoing projects.
