Attainable
Check if your goals are attainable by providing steps or ways on how to reach it. Check if you have enough time and resources. You should also know the possible challenges that might arise during the execution of your plans.
Realistic
You should make sure that you are interested in completing the tasks. If you have other obligations that challenges you in completing your goal, you may delegate tasks evenly to other members of your organization.
Time Bound
You may put a deadline on your goal so that you can be able to keep track of the time. Some tasks might be incomplete due to lack of time.
